GTI provides component level repairs for a wide range of computer, visual display, POS and industrial products. Gremark specializes in industry-specific repair services, thus allowing for a greater product repair yield. Our technical experience allows reverse engineering when specs are no longer available for end of life/legacy product support. Every repair is fully backed by our 90-day warranty. We stand by our ability to repair and refurbish to “like-new” condition with a cost-effective approach in mind.

Gremark supports various industries including, but not limited to, Government, health care, industrial, retail, point of sale, manufacturer warranty repairs and various sectors within commercial and consumer communities.

Gremark prides itself on our technical staff, factory trained through numerous manufacturers and specializing in component-level and whole unit repairs for all types of product, i.e., LCD / CRT and televideo monitors, point of sale (POS) keyboards, laptops/notebooks, plasmas, projectors, power supplies, and circuit boards. Our technicians have the capability to reverse engineer to specific repair requirements. Once repaired, all products are sent through quality control for final evaluation, cleaned, retested and shipped. Refurbished units are returned in like-new condition (except power cords).

Warranty Processing

Gremark can provide warranty support for you and your customers. We are authorized through numerous manufacturers, each requiring specific requirements to determine warranty status. Please contact the manufacturer prior to sending product to us for repair to verify your warranty. You may be issued a case number and/or verification of warranty status for your product. Always remember to obtain the name of the person you spoke with from the manufacturer in case of a discrepancy between all parties.

Out Of Warranty Processing

Similar to our in-warranty repair support, our out-of-warranty repair capability includes whole unit and component level repairs. Gremark has repaired units by hundreds of manufacturers from plasma, projector, point of sale, and LCD/CRT monitors. We can help ensure that repair of your product is the lowest cost solution.
